It's important to double-check your new collection day as it may have changed when your new service starts.

Residents can also go to the My Area section of Cornwall Council's website and enter their address to see their property information: https://cornwall.gov.uk/my-area/
👉 As the new waste collection service will be introduced soon, the residents won't be able to use their current waste bins. We encourage everyone to reuse their old bins for different purposes such as garden water butt, compost bin, firewood storage, or rinsing out wet suits. If you are unable to reuse your bin, then Cornwall Council can collect and recycle it wherever possible after the new service has begun.

If for any reason residents have received their bins or food waste caddies, let Cornwall Council know via the website (www.cornwall.gov.uk/wastechanges)or by calling (0300 1234 141) and we’ll get it sorted.
